Richard Parrish: construct April 2 – May 8 kilnformed glass. Richard has recently received a second award from the Western Design Conference in Jackson Wyoming. His work will be featured int he Smithsonian Craft Show in 2010.
Joseph Pintz & Kristen Martincic May 14 – June 12 Ceramics and Prints. Kristen and Joe are two beloved TLC artists, they are returning to Helena for this exhibitfrom teaching in the midwest, Joe a Bowling Green and Kristen in Indiana. When they last showed together at TLC they were engaged and now they arrive as newlyweds!
Anniversary Group Show and Week of Events June 18 – July 10 For ten years Turman Larison Contemporary, formerly TURMAN GALLERY, has had the pleasure of exhibiting the finest artists from Montana and beyond. Offering contemporary ceramics, furniture, glass, paintings, photography, prints & sculpture. What began as a small dual venture of gallery and artist studio soon became a destination point for all those with a passion for contemporary art. Continuing in that tradition TLC will celebrate its 10th Anniversary with an extraordinary group of artists.
Maile Meloy book signing July 6 The author will read excerpts from her short story collection and discuss her writing; a book signing will follow.
